Effect of tsl mutations on Col E1 expression in a recA strain of Escherichia coli K-12.

R A Hull.

Abstract

Spontaneous colicin production by Col E1 in a recA- strain of Escherichia coli K-12 is restored nearly to wild-type levels by the presence of tsl- second site mutation.
