Abstract
Spindle-cell lipoma (SCL) is a distinct histological variant of lipoma. Clinically, it appears as a solitary, subcutaneous, circumscribed lesion. SCL accounts for about 1.5% of all adipocytic tumours. Only nine cases of intraoral SCL were found in the literature. Microscopically, mature adipocytes and spindle cells are immersed in a myxoid stroma. SCL needs only local excision, and it does not recur.Entities:
