Abstract
New diazabicycloundecenium and phosphazenium derivatives of purines are introduced for mild and efficient preparation of nucleoside analogs via in situ alkylation. Diazabicycloundecenium salts of purines were obtained directly as a result of an unusual reaction between two corresponding amino compounds.Entities:
