Abstract
The Rel/NF-kappaB family of transcription factors has been implicated in the regulation of genes involved in immune and inflammatory responses, and of processes such as cell survival, apoptosis, development, differentiation, cell growth and neoplastic transformation. In this report we will summarize recent findings which highlight critical roles of NF-kappaB in different processes in hematopoietic and neuronal cells.Entities:
