Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate the immunohistochemical expression of the markers bcl-2, p53 and Ki67 and their relation to the classical clinical-pathological prognostic factors in invasive squamous cellular carcinoma of the cervix. Since bcl-2 and p53 are implicated in the regulation of programmed cell death, very probably they play a role in carcinogenesis and consequently become prognostic factors.Entities:
