Abstract
Arytenoid adduction and medialization laryngoplasty have become the mainstay of static surgical rehabilitation of the larynx after vocal fold paralysis. The rationale for considering one versus a combination of the two procedures has not been well addressed. This article outlines the basic science of the procedures and the clinical technical modifications necessary to make the surgery easier.Entities:
