Abstract
Chronic subdural hematomas that are asymptomatic or producing only mild symptoms are occasionally found with current neuroimaging methods. Some do not progress, and spontaneous resolution can occur. In addition, successful medical treatment of more significant hematomas has been reported. The indications for nonoperative management of these lesions are reviewed in this article.Entities:
