Abstract
An unusual case of isolated levocardia, duodenal obstruction, and malrotation with volvulus is reported. Three cases of situs inversus abdominus with malrotation with volvulus have been reported to date. The current case is the fourth case and only the second survivor in the series. In cases of situs inversus abdominus, because of inversion of viscera, the volvulus may occur in an anticlockwise direction and, thus, should be derotated in a clockwise direction.Entities:
