Abstract
In an effort to further decrease patient postoperative scarring and discomfort, a new technique of microlaparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy is employed. Using a 2-mm lateral port, a single infraumbilical port for the power source, and a 3-mm or 5-mm suprapubic port for aid in manipulation, seven consecutive patients underwent hysterectomy without complication and had rapid return to their daily activities.Entities:
