Successful angioplasty and stenting of anomalous right coronary artery using a 6 French Left Judkins #5 guide catheter.

W Ng1, W H Chow.

Abstract

We describe the case of a 66-year-old female patient in whom percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and stenting was performed in an anomalous right coronary artery arising from the ascending aorta above the non-coronary sinus of Valsalva using a 6 French Judkins JL5 catheter. The patient remained symptom free at 4-months follow-up.
