Abstract
Rat incisors were evaluated radioautographically for metabolic changes induced by high-speed cavity preparation. Label uptake was reduced substantially in those odontoblasts whose processes had been cut; labeling also was diminished in all other areas of the pulp, especially in that area immediately adjacent to the cavity preparation.Entities:
