Abstract
We describe a case of a 59-year-old woman who remained drowsy and developed a left hemiparesis following right temporomandibular joint (TMJ) arthrocentesis and lavage for TMJ dysfunction. CT demonstrated an extradural haematoma. This is the first reported case of an extradural haematoma following TMJ arthrocentesis.Entities:
