Abstract
Fluctuations of arterial blood pressure (ABP) almost always produce a response in intracranial pressure (ICP). However, the time-relationship between the ABP and ICP waveforms is complex and involves a variety of mechanisms, including those responsible for regulation of cerebrovascular tone and venous blood outflow through collapsible cortical and bridging veins.Mesh:
