Abstract
Choriocarcinoma with a primary site in the chest is rarely found. Characteristically, it is seen in young men presenting with cough, gynecomastia and chest pain. The disease is invariably fatal. The presently accepted therapy (triple therapy), consisting of methotrexate, actinomycin D and chlorambucil, has been unsuccessful to date.Entities:
