Abstract
Retrosternal dislocation of the clavicle is a highly uncommon lesion. Diagnosis may be delayed with the risk of discovery after severe complications resulting from the protrusion of the medial part of the clavicle into the anterosuperior mediastinum. Currently, diagnosis is based on computed tomographic findings. We report a case of retrosternal dislocation of the clavicle complicated by subclavian venous thrombosis and review the therapeutic indications proposed in the literature.Entities:
