Abstract
This article describes the efforts of one group of participants in the Coalition for Allied Health Leadership program. Their purpose was to design a mentoring program for middle school students that will increase their awareness of the allied health professions as viable career options. A rationale for such a program and a program structure are provided as a beginning point for increasing awareness of allied health careers.Entities:
