Abstract
A case is presented in which an unusual, phallic-shaped perineal lipoma raised the question of ambiguous genitalia following the delivery of an otherwise healthy female infant. The management of the case is described, and the critical features of the physical examination that contradicted that diagnosis are highlighted.Entities:
