Abstract
Mediastinal metastasis of ovarian tumors are not rare as autopsy findings. Ovarian carcinomas usually spread by transcaelomic, lymphatic or haematogenous dissemination to peritoneum, pelvic and para-aortic lymph nodes, lung and pleura. A case of mediastinal metastasis of ovarian carcinoma is reported. A retrosternal mass was identified by CT scan and resected by VTC surgery.Entities:
