Abstract
A girl, aged 20 years presented with diarrhoea, vomiting, pain abdomen and loss of weight, the routine Stool examination revealed Fasciolopsis buski (giant intestinal fluke) in large numbers. Despite treatment with Praziquantel, she died after three days.Entities:
