Abstract
Mutations in the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes confer a greatly increased risk of breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and other malignant diseases. This paper offers recommendations about who should be screened for BRCA mutations, and insights into the ramifications of BRCA testing.Entities:
