Abstract
OBJECTIVE: The authors describe a patient with an unusual combination of polydipsia and isolated hypernatremia without any other changes of electrolytes. The patient had two attacks of hypernatremia which were successfully treated with clozapine. Some speculations about possible mechanisms of this unusual combination are discussed.Entities:
