Abstract
A 62-year-old woman presented with a mobile abdominal palpable mass. She underwent MR examination twice. Because of the mobility of the mass, it was out of the field of view on the first MR examination. The second MR examination detected the mass, which showed heterogeneous signal intensity including low and high intensity on T2-weighted spin echo images. The mass, which was cavernous hemangioma with old hemorrhage, was difficult to differentiate from fibroma or thecoma of the ovary or subserosal leiomyoma of the uterus.Entities:
