Abstract
The complex relationship between migraine and epilepsy is highlighted by the occurrence of a seizure during a migraine attack without aura. This phenomenon, referred to as migralepsy, suggests an inherent overlap in the underlying pathophysiology of these events. We report the case of a patient who had a generalized seizure, persistent nondominant hemisphere syndrome, and reversible magnetic resonance imaging abnormalities during a prolonged migraine attack without aura.Entities:
