Abstract
A case report is presented of a patient with a chronic subdural hematoma, who only once had a short episode of central nervous signs. The outstanding symptom was a seemingly spontaneous introcular hemorrhage, ipsilateral to the subdural hematoma. The mechanism of the ocular manifestation is discussed.Entities:
