Abstract

The popularity of Internet is rapidly growing in all fields, and Radiology is no exception. Thousands of websites with radiological data have been enthusiastically created and are now available on-line, competing with the huge number of sites offering any kind of information or commercial services. After the pioneering experiences of the early Internet years, now time has come to critically analyze the opportunities and the risks of using Internet as a channel for distributing radiological knowledge.
