Abstract
We report the case of a 52-year-old man who had incessant ventricular tachycardia despite treatment with antiarrhythmic agents. Placement of an implantable cardioverter/defibrillator, radiofrequency ablation, and antitachycardia pacing were ineffective. He underwent intraoperative arrhythmia mapping and cryoablation at our institution. Eighteen months later, he remained free of arrhythmia. He was in New York Heart Association functional class II with an ejection fraction of 30%.Entities:
