Abstract
Bilateral adrenal haemorrhage of traumatic origin is rarely observed or possibly missed in severely multi-traumatised patients. It can lead to a potentially fatal adrenal shock. Its emergency diagnosis is made by imaging techniques, usually by CT-scan. Early substitution therapy has to be done. This complication emphasizes the importance of an immediate abdominal morphological exploration in multi-traumatized patients when this is feasible.Entities:
