Abstract
A microdilution method incorporating the use of color-defined growth end points was compared with a conventional broth tube dilution procedure for susceptibility testing of Haemophilus influenzae with ampicillin and chloramphenicol. The microdilution method allowed rapid performance of dilution susceptibility tests with easily defined end points.Entities:
