Abstract
Cutaneous warts are a common malady that affects all ages, but are most prevalent in children and young adults. Warts result from infection with human papillomavirus and can lead to a condition that may be painful, disfiguring, and recurrent, despite treatment. A multitude of therapeutic modalities exist, though no single agent is invariably effective. Successful treatment must take into consideration the patient's level of motivation, expense, and physician experience.Entities:
