Measurement of the number of bone marrow multipotential stem cells in AKR leukaemic mice.

E Frindel, C Chevalier.

Abstract

Using the anti-theta serum to eliminate leukaemic cells, it was possible to assess the number of colony-forming units in the bone marrow of AKR leukaemic mice. It was found that the number of CFUs decreased in leukaemic mice.
