Abstract
We report a case of cystic lymphangioma of the retroperitoneum and groin. A 38-year-old male was referred to our hospital due to a right inguinal mass without tenderness. CT, MRI revealed retroperitoneal mass and inguinal mass. Biopsy of the inguinal mass was performed. The lesion was multicystic, and adherent to the surrounding tissue.
