Abstract

We report a case of cystic lymphangioma of the retroperitoneum and groin. A 38-year-old male was referred to our hospital due to a right inguinal mass without tenderness. CT, MRI revealed retroperitoneal mass and inguinal mass. Biopsy of the inguinal mass was performed. The lesion was multicystic, and adherent to the surrounding tissue. Pathological examination revealed lymphangioma. Copyright 2000 S. Karger AG, Basel
