Abstract
Cbl, a negative regulator of immune signaling, has recently been shown to act as a ubiquitin-protein ligase. Further, two new papers describing Cbl-b-deficient mice suggest that Cbl-b sets the threshold of signaling in T and B cells and prevents the development of autoimmunity.Entities:
