Abstract
The nucleoside analogue lamivudine (3TC) is commonly used in multidrug therapy of human immunodeficiency virus-1 disease because it not only potentiates the antiviral effects of other reverse transcriptase inhibitors, but it is also relatively nontoxic. We present a patient who developed a contact dermatitis to lamivudine after prolonged exposure.Entities:
