Abstract
This report summarizes a case of large myxofibroma of the mandible. On the basis of the clinical appearance, radiographic findings, and biopsy specimen, the lesion was diagnosed as a myxofibroma. Segmental mandibular resection and immediate reconstruction by vascularized fibular graft were performed. At the 18-month follow-up there was no evidence of recurrence of the tumor, and good functional and aesthetic results were maintained.Entities:
