Abstract
There are many causes of a low serum caeruloplasmin. Not only may this be a feature of Wilson's disease, but a low level may be found in association with chronic liver disease of any cause. We report here a case where undetectable serum caeruloplasmin was found during routine investigation of a woman with hepatitis C viral infection.Entities:
