Abstract
Fluconazole is a commonly prescribed antifungal agent with a favorable safety profile. A patient experienced agranulocytosis and eosinophilia associated with the drug. Similar bone marrow-suppressive effect due to the azoles is rarely described in the English-language literature.Entities:
