Abstract
We report on a woman with temporal lobe epilepsy and "orgasm sensation" like an epileptic aura. Literature is controversial about pleasure and ecstasy as an epileptic aura. Aura of pleasure in this case is confirmed, by clinical investigation, electroencephalogram and seizures remission with treatment (phenytoin).Entities:
