Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To describe the use of intra-reservoir gentamicin for the treatment of a Pseudomonas aeruginosa infected baclofen pump.
SETTING: Regional Spinal Injuries Centre, Hexham, Northumberland, England. SUBJECT: Male patient aged 32 years with progressive multiple sclerosis and severe bilateral spasticity.
