Abstract
We report a patient with occult muscle disease who presented with raised serum aminotransaminases. This case report emphasises the importance of considering muscle disease in the differential diagnosis of raised serum aminotransaminases, as it may negate the need for invasive investigations such as liver biopsy.Entities:
