Abstract
A case of solitary metastasis to the contralateral adrenal 22 years after radical nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is described. This case highlights the variable behavior of RCC, the tendency for adrenal metastasis, and the potential for prolonged survival after resection of late solitary metastases.Entities:
