Desulfovibrio desulfuricans bacteremia in a dog.

S K Shukla1, K D Reed.

Abstract

Desulfovibrio desulfuricans was isolated from the blood of a dog presenting with fever, anorexia, and rear limb stiffness. The isolate was identified by 16S rRNA gene amplification and sequencing.
