Abstract
Elastofibromas are benign lesions of the chest wall. We describe the first reported case of elastofibroma in the neck. Imaging features as well as location of the lesion were atypical. On computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging the lesion contained a marked preponderance of fat, because the lesion arose within fat.Mesh：
