Abstract
Papillon-Lefèvre syndrome is characterized by the association of palmoplantar hyperkeratosis, severe periodontitis, and early loss of deciduous and permanent teeth. We report two patients from the same family, aged 21 and 30 years, who were unaware of their pathology; one was successfully treated with etretinate.Entities:
