Abstract
Hydatid cysts of the mediastinum are very uncommon. We report two cases of mediastinal hydatic cyst. The first case was located in the cardiophrenic recess while the other was within both the heart and mediastinum. A review of the imaging findings and value of various techniques is presented.Mesh：
