Abstract
Hydatid thymic cyst is exceptional. The diagnosis is suspected by radiology and epidemiology. Serology tests provide variable results and surgery is the only treatment. We report a case of thymic hydatid cyst in a 20-year-old man who had no other localizations. Diagnosis was confirmed at surgery and by histology.Entities:
