Abstract
Six compounds were isolated from the root and stem of Strychnos nitida for the first time. On the basis of chemical properties and spectral data, the compounds were identified as beta-sitosterol, strychnine, brucine, cantieyine, lignoceric acid and palmitic acid.Entities:
