Abstract
A Norwegian boy suffering from recurrent urinary and respiratory tract infections was examined. It was found that granulocyte random migration, respiratory burst activity and the proportions of CD11/CD18 receptor positive leukocytes were reduced, consistent with a diagnosis of leukocyte adhesion deficiency. An increased proportion of Fc gammaI-receptor-bearing granulocytes did not compensate for the CR3 deficiency.Entities:
