Abstract
In the past year, a Caenorhabditis elegans-Pseudomonas aeruginosa pathogenesis model has been developed to facilitate the systematic dissection of both host and pathogen genes involved in pathogenic interactions. Analysis of the P. aeruginosa-C. elegans interaction should shed light on the larger question of how organisms interact at the molecular level in antagonistic relationships.Entities:
