Abstract
Meningiomas in the ethmoid sinuses are a challenge to manage. A 50-year-old man suffered from a left olfactory groove meningioma. He underwent a bilateral craniotomy to remove the tumor mass in August, 1997. During the follow-up period, a tumor was found in the right posterior ethmoid sinus. Endoscopic sinus surgery was performed to remove the tumor mass in August, 1998. Pathologic examination of the mass revealed a meningioma. No intraoperative or postoperative complications occurred, except for an episode of seizure.Entities:
