Abstract
We report a rare case of rectoprostatic fistula due to spontaneous rupture of a prostatic abscess in a patient with diabetes mellitus. Barium enema clearly showed rectoprostatic fistula. Barium enema and colonoscopy were very useful in demonstrating the rectoprostatic fistula.Entities:
